Halloween Parties

We have had a lot of fun celebrating Halloween this year.
We started out with a fun Nelson Party at my parents house.
Here are the kiddos in some costumes. They seem to switch outfits for each party.
the cute cakes my cousin Liz made.

The crafts and treats the kids made.
Some ladies in my ward/ neighborhood when to gardner village and saw the witches and dressed up. It was fun to get to know these ladies a little better.

The Jackson Party at the Swensons.
Eric Swenson in cool costume and Kris the hostess.
Ashlyn and Jocelyn or Mary Poppins and a Chef
Ellie a soccer player today

carved our pumpkinsHad our last soccer game and got cool trophies
Ellie's Kindergarten class each said a nursery ryme and dressed up like them. Ellie - "There was an Old Woman who lived in a shoe she had so many children she didn't know what to do. So she gave them some broth without any bread and scolded them soundly and sent them to bed."
She did such a great job and it was so fun to see all the class do it too.
Ellie with Mrs. Giles
Fun to have Grandmas and Great Grandmas close to see my kids performances.
We went to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point over UEA weekend. My sister Bryndy's school where she teaches 2nd grade was out also so it was fun to spend the day with her. It was a beautiful 70 degree day and so much fun things for the kids to do.

I love the "Old Woman who lived in a shoe!" Such a fun school project. And I've never been to Thanksgiving Point Cornbelly's. That looks like the ultimate FALL FUN!
