Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. We are so grateful to have some family so close. We celebrated the yummy feast this year at the McKellars house. ( Ang- you were an amazing hostess as always) I was so fun to have all the Iowa McKellars in town also. We were glad to have Rob Rice join us as his family was away.

Here are a few action shots of the delicious meal... The feast

Caden loved the food and making a mess!

mmmmm! mashed potatoes

We are so thankful for all of our family and friends near and far. We love you all!

Weekend Fun!

TWILIGHT-

So Late Friday night (after getting the kids to bed) some friends in my ward and I had a Girls Night Out and saw Twilight!!!. We had a great time and overall enjoyed the movie. It is hard to be as good as the Book, but it left me wanting to see the next one and talking and thinking about the story all weekend. Crazy how that book does that.

Summer Gunn, Sarah and Jen. Thanks girls for an awesome night.
SATURDAY-
UTAH VS. BYU

We went to watch the game with some other Utah Fans at a near by restaurant (none of us had it on our TV) . It was a great game! The kids and I only made it until half time. But Jeff and the rest of the Boys cheered our Utes to Victory! GO UTAH!

Signs of Snow

We had our first snow a few weeks back (actually on Caden's B-day) The girls were so excited to get their gear on and play in it! They threw a few snow balls then came inside to get by the fire and had some hot chocolate. They loved it- Fun Times!

Okay! I am sorry I tried to rotate this video, but it would not let me. So you will have to tilt your head a little. Anyway Caden took his first steps right around his first Birthday. Go Caden Go!

Party Time

Im so excited and just can't hide it! Caden LOVED his birthday-as you can see. He loved opening gifts, singing the Happy Birthday song, the Candle on his cupcake, ice cream and the cake. He was wondering why he had not had any of this delicious treats before. Thanks family and friends for all the B-day wishes, cards and gifts. Our little Buddy is officially One!

I decided to make these little penguin cupcakes because that is what he was for Halloween. I got the idea from familyfun.com. They have lots of fun birthday cakes and cupcake designs. Jocelyn and Ellie had fun helping. ( They did not want all the penguins to have brown eyes like they were supposed to, they wanted ones like their eyes- so we did a few with blue and green)

Digging into his cupcake

loving the frosting and the sticky hands

Here is Caden squealing with excitement from the HBD song and the Bright Candle (that he wanted to touch so badly-luckily he has 2 big sisters to restrain him.)

ONE YEAR OLD

NOVEMBER 7, 2007
It is hard to Believe our little Boy is ONE! This year has cruised by so fast. It seems like yesterday I was here in this picture bringing him home from the hospital. Caden is such a joy to have in our family. He is the smiliest (if that is even a word) little guy ever. He is very happy and is constantly on the move. He loves people and loves to get into everything . He has such a sweet personality. Here are some random pictures of Caden Jeffery in his first year of life. We love him very much. Happy Birthday Caden!

More Halloween Fun!

Our Pumpkins this Year.... at night in some day lightCaden and the Girls counting down the minutes until they can go Trick-Or-Treating!

Jeff was on Home Call - but he did make it for about half of the trick or treating! Hooray- we were all happy about that.

With Jerry Brewer

The Best Night of Ellie's Life! he he- she loved it. She was running all night long to keep up with the bigger kids. They all got way to much candy.

Sarah Brewer and Jocelyn in front of the great big pumpkins. We were so grateful for the nice weather we have been having. It made Trick-or-Treating much more enjoyable! (especially for the little princess)

Some more friends out on Halloween Night
Tommy Murphy the pilot, Seth B. the Power ranger, Sarah B - Rapunzel
Jocelyn- Tink and Ellie the witch

The Brewers' neighbors grow these huge pumpkins every year. Such a great photo opportunity.
