It is hard to Believe our little Boy is ONE! This year has cruised by so fast. It seems like yesterday I was here in this picture bringing him home from the hospital. Caden is such a joy to have in our family. He is the smiliest (if that is even a word) little guy ever. He is very happy and is constantly on the move. He loves people and loves to get into everything . He has such a sweet personality. Here are some random pictures of Caden Jeffery in his first year of life. We love him very much.
