Jocelyn's Dance Recital

Here is little Jocelyn after her dance recital. This year she got to do 2 dances, a tap and a ballet one. She did really good. (especially compared to last year- where she was a little scared and did very few moves) She really loved wearing her cute costume and wearing make-up! I was one of the parent helpers so I got to help her class get ready and help them on and off the stage. She also loved the medal her teacher gave her and the flowers her father gave her. Good Job Jocey! This is her trying on her costume when we got it and it is showing the tap shoes.

Caden's First Art Project

The other day Caden was sitting on my lap while Jocelyn and I were playing a game. In the game we were drawing pictures and Caden kept reaching for the pen. So-- we got him another one that was soft and made sure that the pen tip was not up. Anyway he was chewing on it and playing with it the whole game. We finished the game and I look down at him and somehow he had twisted the t0p and had managed to draw all over his face and legs. What a silly boy- I am sure he just kept trying to get it in his mouth and managed to get it on him in the process. It could have been worse and I am sure it is not the last time this will happen. What a cute little budding artist.

Happy Anniversary

I can't believe we have been married for 9 years. I had to go back a few years to even find a picture of us with both of us and no other children in it. We don't have any wedding pictures on our computer either. oh well. This was Hawaii with the Maxfield's in 2004. ( Great trip by the way.) Jeff is the most amazing husband and father. I am so glad I found him. I love you Jeff-

Happy Anniversary.
